High precision one key quick clamping meets the requirements of workpiece clamping and precision positioning, and also provides convenience for die change.

It can be used to detect linear displacement or angular displacement in closed-loop servo system of machine tools. The output signal is digital pulse, which has the characteristics of large detection range, high detection accuracy and fast response speed.

It is composed of multiple groups of wedges installed in the lower table, which can make the wedge move left and right to form an ideal concave-convex curve, ensuring that its relative position with the slider remains unchanged under load. The CNC system automatically calculates and sets the compensation amount according to the die opening and material properties.
