SYDUAN W12 series CNC four-roll plate bending machine adopts mature four-roller symmetrical structure and full hydraulic driving design. Compared with three-roll equipment, it realizes one-time feeding to complete pre-bending and circle rolling, greatly reducing the straight edge residual of plates.
The whole machine uses thick steel plate integral welding frame with overall stress relief annealing, effectively avoiding long-term heavy-load deformation. All rollers are forged and quenched for high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. Equipped with professional CNC control system, it supports digital adjustment of roller position, rolling speed and hydraulic pressure, stores multiple processing formulas to realize batch standardized production.

Working Principle of CNC Four-Roll Plate Rolling Machine

This graphic displays the complete working logic of SYDUAN four-roll bending equipment. The whole forming process is divided into three standardized steps: plate clamping, edge pre-bending and continuous rolling. Plate clamping: The upper roller presses the sheet tightly, and the side rollers position the plate to prevent offset during processing. Edge pre-bending: Adjust the lower supporting roller to bend both ends of the plate, effectively eliminate straight-edge leftover which is common on three-roll machines. Continuous rolling: The rollers rotate cooperatively to roll the whole plate into standard cylindrical or conical workpieces. The four-roller structure realizes full forming with only one feeding. It greatly simplifies processing steps, improves rolling precision and material utilization. This mature forming technology adapts to stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other metal plates, meeting high-precision cylinder processing demands for pressure vessels, pipelines and steel structures.

Unlimited Bending

Its universal tool concept, along with the possibility of changing customized shaped tools, make the machine the all-in-one highly versatile solution, allowing the manufacturing of a wide range of bending applications. The universal tooling can make both UP and DOWN bending process, without switching surface of the sheet.

The servo motor controls the movement of the positioning L-block, which is fast and accurate.

FEATURE-AUTOMATIC CORRECTION OF ROTATION ANGLE

The arc bending process requires repeated bending of the plate. If the rotation angle is not in place, the bending error will accumulate each time, resulting in the folded workpiece is not an arc, but a cone. The automatic correction function can automatically adjust to compensate for sheet rotation errors.

Automatic Tooling Change Section System

The system uses universal bending tools which automatically adapt in-cycle to the panel geometry, without machine down times or manual retooling, allowing batch-one or kit productions.

Flexible Automation

Quickly and fully automatically, this moves, handles, grips and rotates the sheet metal throughout the whole machining cycle. It requires no manual interventions during the cycle. The operator positions the sheet metal on the worktable and collects the product after bending, performing only the loading and unloading operations.
