XXX is proud to announce the successful delivery and commissioning of a Genius Pro tandem press brake system for a leading lamp pole manufacturer in Singapore. This milestone project demonstrates ACCURL’s capability to deliver high-tonnage tandem solutions tailored to specialized production requirements.

The customer required a flexible bending solution capable of handling long workpieces with consistent accuracy across multiple shifts. After detailed technical evaluation, the Genius Pro tandem configuration was selected for its synchronized dual-machine architecture and advanced CNC control.

A tandem press brake consists of two synchronized press brakes operating as a single system. This configuration allows manufacturers to bend extra-long parts that exceed the capacity of a single machine, while maintaining precision and repeatability across the full bending length.

Tandem systems are widely used in street lighting, signage, structural steel, and heavy fabrication industries where long profiles require controlled bending force and accurate angle consistency.

The delivered system includes two Genius Pro press brakes configured in tandem mode with unified programming, shared back gauge coordination, and synchronized hydraulic response. ACCURL engineers worked closely with the customer’s production team to optimize tooling layout and workflow integration.
