Bending machine CNC systems fall into three core series (standard and optional) to help buyers allocate budgets rationally.
- Economy grade: Basic domestic CNC systems for WC67Y entry-level bending machines, only controlling the X-axis backgauge for simple single-fold workpieces.
- Mid-range grade: Swiss CYBELECS CT12, standard 4-axis system with 2D graphic programming – the universal cost-effective choice for most sheet metal factories.
- High-end grade: Italy ESA S630, CybTouch15PS, touchscreens above 10-inch supporting multi-sided and expandable dies, 6-axis linkage for complex multi-process workpieces and premium precision sheet metal production. Select mid-range systems for thin plate decoration; import large-screen high-end systems for new energy and aerospace precision components. The manufacturer offers independent system upgrades, eliminating the need to replace the whole machine for retrofitting old equipment.
