he YQ32 series four-column hydraulic press boasts a rigid four-column frame with fully controllable pressure via hydraulic systems. Unlike mechanical presses that only reach full tonnage at the bottom dead center, its slide maintains rated tonnage throughout the stroke, suitable for thin plate deep drawing, hardware pressing and straightening shaping. The machine frame is optimized via finite element analysis, with quenched and ground columns and international brand sealing components; an optional photoelectric safety protection device is available. The machine supports three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic, with pressure hold delay functions and dual process setting for depth and pressure. Small-tonnage models are used for electronic hardware stamping, while large 630T and 1000T variants process construction machinery and pressure vessel accessories.
